Cars, the item I will get when I turn 15. Wait, wrong cars. Ooooh
Cars, the 7th Pixar film and condiered the worst, till Cars 2 came. The reason they chose to do a sequel to their most hated movie is because Cars is also their most sucsessful franchise in the toy market. So, we all know that Pixar only care about the money and not the quality of their...

Shut Up! But, let me say, I love the first Cars. Though it can be boring at times and some characters are just forgetful, but it does has some heart warming moments, the main characters are interesting, it's funny, and the scenes with Doc and Mcqueen are, in my opinion, one of the most well done scenes in animation history. But, here comes the sequel, and is it as good as the first or are the people right? Let's find out...
The good things, well, the plot is mixed. It's predictable, but the action scenes can be cool. But, they go a little too far. A MOST CERTAINLY don't recommend this to little kids. If they ask, tell them it doens't exist, all you got to do is lie to your children. So, overall, the story is nothing new. Now for the characters, and I got to say, is a mixed bunch. Mater is now the main character and yes, he does get annoying occasionally but I think this movie brought a more serious side to him and extends his friendship with McQueen. I think Mater improved there. McQueen, if you can still call him that, is boring. If you're wondering about Doc, don't, he's dead. Hey, I know how to bring some heart into this, make McQueen actually sad about Doc's demise and help his character development by learnign to deal with things outside of Doc. Do we really need all of this spy stuff?
Speaking of the spy stuff, here's Finn Mcmissle and Holy Shiftwell who are both awesome but have one major problem... they're all missing something. Holly's, I quote 'romantic' interest in Mater (And the Universe unravels now) is just too sudden. They could use a seperate story arc for that, not just 10 lines. Really, it's only about 10 lines that express this in the entire movie, and keep in mind this is the 2nd longest Pixar film! Mcmissile, well, I think he's the most awesome character in the movie, but I want to know more about him. How long was he a spy? What kind of other missions has he been on? So many interesting things! There's Professor Z who, well, I find his motivation (Like all of the other lemons) really good (Well, not for murder but you know what I mean) but we don't see enough of him to care for him. The main villian, and I won't say who because it'll spoil it, is unexpected, but the clues are all just thrown at you at once. So, yep, characters are mixed.
So, overall, Cars 2 is a good movie, but nothing new? Why is it shunned from Pixar? Well, that's because it's missing something all Pixar films must have... HEART!

Don't start with me! So, I can say this is my least favorite Pixar film and the original is much better. But, I wouldn't call it bad, just not great. I rank this as a high so so.
Story - 56/100 No heart, heard it all before, but done kind of sort of maybe ish well
Characters - 73/100 Mixed bag, but for the most part good.
Comedy - 62/100 Unlike characters, it's a mixed bag period.
Heart - 42/100 Heart? Where?
Overall - 58/100 So so! That's it and that's all! So, what's next anyway? Wait, what was that? Ohh... well, it's a suprise? No, I can say what? Ok... I mentioned it earlier in my review.
