Hello, I'm Mark, and I remember it because it's my name. What kind of person forgets his name anyway, I don't get that. Anyway, I'm a huge fan of Animaniacs, and they're eispecailly known for their songs, so we're going to honor the late Richard Stone and hope that this list will help is legacy and also help shows like this come back to this generation! Open up Youtube on another tab and search the songs as you go, you'll find a catchy tune you can't get out of your head, no matter how much I tried. A wall can only take so many beatings from a head. So, let's find the catchiest of the catcheist of the catchiest.
5. The Ballad of Magellan
Ok, I just discovered this one, but I did love it. It's catchy, it's fun, it's funny, and to me the tune brings a bit of nostaligia into my life. It's about, well, the ballad of Megellan, an explorer with bad luck finding the East Indies. But, is Megellan a real person? I don't know, it's not my job to research, I just make up a bunch of pretty lists and cheap jokes and hope to somehow get paid for it. :) Please abort what Mark just said, he didn't mean it, he does it for the pureness of his interests, please don't leave us, we have a cute smiley face :) Though, the ending is kind of sad. Watch it and you'll see... YAKKO, WARNER, AND DOT MADE ME CRY! Said like a man.
4. The Universe Song
Yes, a nice shut eye from Earth as we get a complicated perspective of the universe. They talk about how the universe expands and how we could just be a cell in another universe and it goes on forever, and that the whole universe could be on the head of a pin or you under someone's butt. Yea, it could be on your pants. I'm weird. Anyway, yes, better than my perspective as a kid. "The universe is a big black thing outside of our home". So, yea, it's a very relaxing song, and, that's it. You know, it's kind of hard to talk about a bunch of songs. Though, not necessairly catchy, it's still a wonderful experience.
3. The Theme Song
Ok, I was questioning this in my head because I don't like to include theme songs, because if I did the Pinky and the Brain theme would be number one. But, I can make an execption to this one since the Pinky song I really like is on the spin-off series. So, it's as close as perfect a theme song can get. But, it might have to challenge the Amazing World of Gumball theme. If you watch the Amazing World of Gumball, you would know that the opening is short and simple, good for you Gumball. So, what can I say, they're Animaniacs and they're zany to the max. Oh, and they have contracts, they're animaniacs, those are the facts, yea! Yea... I got too much free time.
2. The States and Capitals
Animanaics also sucseeds in teaching people. They can teach you better than your school can! For example, does your geography teacher teach you like this!? Know I know that there's Baton Rouge, Lousinanna blah blah blah and something is the capital of Ohio.... Austin has Texas then we go north to Massachusets, Boston and Albany, New York. I'm so good at memorization! But, what Animaniacs song is catchier and more educational than this? I have a guess...
1. Yakko's World!
Think a song about the 50 states and their capital cities is impressive, try the whole Earth! So far I know United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Haiti, Jamaica Peru, something and something and yadda and yadda and El Salvador too! Then something with Guam. How does Yakko do it, does he say 60 toung twisters every morning or something. Show off. So, this song is the catchiest, the best, and the most educational of all of Animaniacs, and it's something to whole world can enjoy. Unless if you don't speak english, then you're in a deep uh oh.
And that's my favorite songs from one of my favorite shows. Hope you enjoyed it and good luck getting that out of your head sucker!
